Sunday sunrise

Up at sunrise today because of a long power cut at home, which had me off to bed early. The reward was a beautiful morning.
Yesterday on the Radio Four Saturday Live programme, designer Wayne Hemingway said he always got up at 4.30am as it made his day longer, therefore he 'lived longer'. I can see what he means...
