caught off guard

I've indulged recently in a small amount of self-portraiture with my film camera. It's much more challenging and rewarding because of the nature of only having one take. This spot is right down the street from where I live. I was pretty excited to be walking around on this particular day, as I headed to Coffeehouse Northwest to meet Charlotte. We were to walk to farmers' market to buy some berries and shoot the summer breeze.

I lost the sunglasses I'm wearing here when I jumped into the river headfirst with them on this past Sunday. I also lost the amazing hemp sandals I had on my feet to the river. It's been such a good summer already!
