Used Tape Measure

I have had this tape measure for ages. Up until a few weeks ago it looked relatively unscathed. That was until I decided to embark on a BBQ area building project in the back yard.

That is authentic mud and concrete splattered on it...

I am a bit pissed off. All week I have been looking forward to working on my BBQ area this weekend. Then this morning I woke up with a sore throat and sniffles. Very inconvenient. It won't stop me from getting on with it tomorrow but I suspect it will take the shine off things if I am coughing and spluttering all day.

I will take a non-lethal concoction of pharmacy medicine tonight. I am taking the first step right now though: A glass of red.
