Darrell Prepares Sockeye

Just as I expected, the salmon at the NSEA barbeque today was superb. We had sockeye and king salmon. Here's Darrell preparing a bright red sockeye fillet for the grill. You can see it ready to eat here.

C was sorry to have missed the salmon, but she had a good time taking photos at the Farmers' Market.
