One of my favorite spots

A walk in the woods - Vereen Gardens Park, this afternoon. About 6 miles from home, it's a county park built on land known in 1730 as Kings Highway. There are trails, over boardwalks that extend over the marsh lands all the way to the Intercoastal Waterway. When I need a calming place to relax and enjoy the outdoors, this is the spot.
