Feeling the healing

Last night I got Reiki healing again of my wonderful friend, Annelie (Nordicangel). It was very powerful. I could relax and felt the strong energy flow.

In the morning my stomach was better. Better than in a long time. I slept too shortly so I have taken the time to lie down and let myself get "grounded".

Very heavy day. But what I'm happy about is that I have been able to relax and breathe, too.

In the evening today Sanna came to visit me. We walked in Espoon keskuspuisto and talked. It was very good to see her.
