Clematis

Today's the day .................. for an evening stroll round the garden

End of the working week, lovely warm evening sun - it's great to make a tour of the estate, glass in hand. Found this beautiful clematis which had managed to withstand the serious rain that we had earlier in the week and had just quietly got on and produced these lovely purple flowers.
