Door in Kinsale

Another hectic day - took Will to the airport, then went into Kinsale delivering some prints to a gallery for Annabel. The weather became incredibly hot and I pottered around the streets of Kinsale, eating ice cream and taking the odd blip. I had forgotten what an interesting and attractive place it is. It's right on the sea. the town itself forms a natural harbour and spreads out and up the hills. there is some wonderful architecture, mainly Georgian and older, and incredible colours. I was very taken with this door (inspired by  Ingunn :)) - an enormous elaborate Georgian thing, painted with confidence but now fading somewhat.
It feels very quiet at home this evening - first time in a month that we've had no family or visitors.
