Night swimming

Today was the hottest day in the history of Finland. Here in the north, Oulu region it was something like 32..34 degrees of Celcius outside at the shadow side of the house. Not a typical finnish weather and many people really looked like it. Worn out. Afternoon visited the supermarket by car to get bigger load of groceries. Played ball outside with our son U while and then returned back inside to fight with our new NAS.

After the main evening news broadcast from the telly Mr.P called and decided to go for a night swim in one small lake behind university campus. Usually not crowded place and also now there were just few people. Water was nice and cool.

At news they said that near finnish borderline Russia has some huge forest fires ongoing and this night and tomorrow the winds will bring and pressure some smoke and this might be really easily visible etc. Perhaps we already started to see some first signs as the weather was not so clean as it usually is..

Please check out my blip from yesterday here! I think that managed to capture the essential feeling of the intense games at the Heyhead bikepolo cup.
