Strange arrivals at Southbourne beach

After a long day stopped off at the beach and spotted a family of four carrying strange objects. I sat watching them bemused and slowly these 'sculptures' appeared. Initially I thought it was to be birdlike but then realised whale fins??
The family disappeared leaving the man to photograph the work and I managed to grab a few shots myself. If he's a fellow blipper I apologise and hope he got his shot on first.
One day to the weekend...
