Well chuffed with myself today. I went to the gym for the first time in ages!! Played Racquetball with Colin and got demolished! Oh well it's a start. Booked to go again on Friday so hopefully I can get back into the swing of it?

Busy day at work which made it go quicker and Will's off to Taekwondo again tonight! Where does the time go?

Loads of speculation about who Villa's new manager will be and why O'Neill quit. I doubt we'll ever know the truth. I think football is slowly dying nowadays. :-(
