It was good having SM over. Today was spent lazing around, talking. Loads of delicious meals too, both at home and out, these last few days.

Just at the moment he left, it started raining. The gentle drizzle, which I thought would be a passing shower suddenly turned everything dark. Roads were bathed. Rains, like the summer heat this year, have been ample.
