GOOD NEWS FOR BAMBIES ON ICE

I spent the afternoon with my lovely daughterIRIS today. After work we did some shoe shopping. Heavy rain and little time made me come up with this emergency shot. It is so strick to get permission to photograph in shops in Norway so we tried to hide the camera and giggled like naughty girls. I got her to try on the highest heals that I knew she would not managed to walk on. She does anything so that I should get my blip every day. Bless her!

For you that know that Iris got a major crisis for awhile ago, I'm excited to tell you that she will start on school in a few weeks. Her life might get on track and she has now some hope and seeds of happiness in her heart.

For you that know that there are two girls, Irena (23) and Maria (16) that lives on the street in Oslo, and struggles like bambies on ice to get on their feet, I have some news that at least makes me happy. I have got a promise that this weekend there will be a woman from Municipal outreach service for children at risk, that will establish contact with the girls and work all weekend on helping them. She has waited a few days from my first contact with them besause they wanted the best woman for this work. She is a specialist on romanian beggers. My fight for the girls may get some results!

I and Iris went to them twice today. First just to give Irena the number and address to the Hungarian and Romanian Embassy, and later with warm dinner. As usual there was hugs and kisses and jokes and laughter.

Then we visit my mother at the nursing home and had a nice time with her.

and now I can endly scream out loud and happy: T G I F!!!! :-DDDD
