Pain de campagne

Le boulanger chez Nancy et Carl. Yes, for the last couple of years Tom has learned how to and loved to bake bread. The drive to Mirapoix where there are "la epiceries et la boulangerie" is about 12K away - so we bought flour and yeast and "voila, pain de campagne!" We spent the day baking and harvesting tomatoes, gardening and Mike drawing some of the buildings in the village. Life is sweet here!
