Riot Police

Today in Kathmandu there was a small city-wide strike for the small but many ethnic groups in Nepal. It wasn't a very strict strike, and there were still many cars and other vehicles on the roads, but the city shut down pretty heavily. Here are some riot police waiting at a popular intersection in anticipation of civil unrest. I didn't see any riots today though
