Here's a shot of the nut enjoying his new boots (bought especially as they are lace up and thus impossible for the Nuttley one to take off thanks to double-knot technology... the little bugger conquered the single knot in the shoe shop about 30 seconds after they went on). He looked especially cute stomping about in shorts like a miniature rambler... we could have got tiny rambler boots,that looked just like his dad's, but as I explained to the shoe guy, it was a bit stupid to pay the extra for waterproof boots when he flees up his Dad leg to safety as soon as the going gets soggy.
