Harvest Time ....

This is our last evening in Kelso. Its been a marvelous trip with good weather and lots of stuff to do. In part it has been all the more enjoyable for meeting my lovely friend Dotty and seeing her Kelso and the special places that she loves. Places that I now love too.

It was her eldest boys birthday today and we shared a very special tea together. Laughing eating talking pretty much what we've done all week but all the more special for the occasion.

After saying our goodbyes we came back to camp and had a walk along the river bank.

We have made some wonderful memories together that will last a life time. The enduring memory for me exculding Dotty and her boys is the omnipresent noise of the harvesters doing their dosey do across the fields.
