Here Today Cone Tomorrow

Down the road near where I live a house went up for sale. Considering there is supposed to be a dip in the housing market we were amazed that it was sold within a week.

Well its only a month or so later and from the look of these cones reserving parking space for the removal van it completes tomorrow . I hope it all goes well and that all the conetracts get sign ok. Lets just hope the new neighbours are ok and not a bunch of nutters.

It is nice to know that our street is a sought after location and even nicer to know that someone has paid more to live on it than we did.
