Snickerdoodles

Daughter #1 is going to be the blip on each 27th of the month - I realised I am marking daughter #3 in months (as she hasn't hit a year yet) and doing this for the older girls too is a way to give them their own bit of blippery!

Niamh is 9 years and 11 months today.

As I mentioned the other day, she is interested in baking and cookery. Her current heroine is Sophie Dahl (she feels affinity - they are both tall, pale and chocolate fans...not sure how Niamh feels about diminutive jazz musicians though.)

My friend (with the cat from the other day) lent her a cookbook and after short-listing some possibles, she decided to make some snickerdoodles - she insisted on doing each stage herself and even did a darn fine job of cracking an egg.

This is the finished result and she is very pleased with them - she let middle sis help and baby sis taste and they are totally yummy!!
