Washing at Chandeshwori

Well clearly yesterday's introspective photograph was a little too introspective!!

Thankfully good weather for the weekend allowed me the opportunity to visit one of my favourite local places, Chandeshwori Temple. It was built in the 17th Century, as were many of the houses around it.

Sometimes the place has a timeless quality about it, and although the items of clothing have changed, I imagine that this has been a familiar sight for many centuries...
