Broughty Ferry Lifeboat

Had a brilliant day today. Mrs P was working, so the kids & I were out from 12 until 19.00 just doing whatever we fancied.

Went to Broughty Ferry to visit Colin the barber and get a scalping, then spent ages blipping the swans that are around the lifeboat house
and noticed the crew turn up and start the engines on the boat so I took this shot. Cant remember the last time i watched the boat go out.

Blink and its gone, those engines are that powerful.

Then we went for a 4 hour walk near our house in search of brambles. None ripe to pick yet, but there were some wild raspberries left so we picked (and eat) those instead.

Pesky Princess probably eat about as many as she picked, but we've now got enough to make some jam tomorrow; just in time for tomorrows blip ;)
