Rocky Road!

With a bake off, a cook off and a generous serving of Rocky Road on the menu at work today (actually, yes the work canteen is that bad) it comes as no surprise to hear that I ate way too much.

Funny thing that, because today I've been considering some different interpretations of courage. I say one is stopping after just one piece of this incredible stuff.

Give up comfort
Take up courage
Eat less
Live more.

Not that it's going to be easy. As the title indicates, it could be a Rocky Road.
