A Canterbury Tail

Bales

Had quite a dog oriented day today. This morning some friends called round with their two year old son and Georgia a six month old German Wirehaired Pointer. Cousteau and Georgia played very nicely until Georgia made a play for one of Cousteau's bones. Cousteau firmly put her in her place, she seemed to get over the fright reasonably quickly and play resumed.

This afternoon we visited another set of friends to take some photos of Cousteau's brother Vardar. The breeders where we got Cousteau from have asked us to take some shots for a calender they are producing. After another set to about a bone, Cousteau was in the bad books.

I spotted this tractor making bales on the way back. I did consider posting a shot of Vardar but it would be my third shot of a Vizsla in a row.
