Mushrooms mushrooms everywhere...

...and I love 'em but I can't eat any of them because I haven't a clue which ones are poisonous!

I have promised myself that I will go on a mushroom hunt one day with an expert and learn at least a few core species so I can make myself a wild mushroom risotto.

Noah and I took the dog out again today...no stoats but we did find eight or nine varieties of interesting mushroom. These are some of what we might have been able to eat if I wasn't such a fungi-ignoramus.
