The Edge of the Wold

View across the Kent in early autumn murkiness

A day full of meetings with no opportunity to go outside. Meanwhile the rain fell and the cloud was a thick, grey blanket low over the hills. I went for a walk over Arnside Knott in the evening but the light was flat and murky, and nothing wanted to be photographed. Eventually in this view across the estuary, there was just enough autumn colour to make this perhaps worth a blip.

If nothing else, this does convey what today has been like - when it wasn't raining.
