Our "Future House"--II

It's not actually our future house--which I blipped a couple of days ago in an architect's drawing--but rather the current structure, which will be torn down to its foundations as soon as the town turns off the gas connection from the street, and the new abode will rise in its place. This house has a sub-standard second floor with a very low ceiling and is otherwise very run down.

As I've said previously, the property adjoins the back of our current condominium. Our condo-mate has bought it, and we'll rent the new house from him (he's bought us out and will be renovating there too.)

The large brick building in the rear is the former Northampton jail, now a large condominium, also visible here; it adjoins the side of our entire property.

The man on roller-blades and his dog, with a bone (?) in his mouth, are both getting a workout.
