RSD Photo's SoCal Life

Juxtaposition

I have got to stop waiting until the end of the day before I make sure I have a blip photo. We spent most of our day working on the unit painting the hall and putting in some under cabinet lights. Even a shopping trip to La Quinta, CA failed to inspire me to take photos. I finally got around to shooting a couple of photos as we enjoyed happy hour at Don Diegos Mexican Restaurant, but they were nothing worth posting.

Upon returning home I recalled an article on twilight photography and thought that might make a suitable photo. The shots I made were uninspired, but the neighborhood casino sparked a slight bit of interest. I particularly liked way the irregular shapes of the palm trees contrasted with the regimented formation of the casino windows. I must, however, get an earlier start on my daily photo.
