Never noticed....

I was walking back along my usual Monday route to pick up Bethany from her Godmother. My route takes me down the steps into the Waverly train station carpark and up to the carpark entrance and down along the tracks through a commerce estate.

I've walked past this way 100 times but just today noticed this cow staring up from the edge of a planter at the carpark entrance. There's only one of these sticking out of the several planters around. Very bizzare. Anybody know what it means?

I love seeing things I've never noticed before.
