Collared Dove

Remember this chap we are pretty convinced this is the same individual. He/she is obviously a young bird and is always found near the feeding station. As soon as the coast is clear it's on the ground hoovering up the spillage. At one point today there was this collared dove and a dozen goldfinches on the ground together feeding like crazy.

This capture was taken from our bathroom. With the window open I can sit on the edge of the bath and snap away happily. Ideally I could do with being slightly nearer but as far as hides go it's not a bad spot :)
