The one dollar musician

Santiniketan in Bengal, India. This is a place of international and domestic tourist interest. The soil, the forest, trees, people, shops, market everywhere one can see/feel an alternative kind of cultural practice.
The forest nearby, known as 'sonajuri' ,is one of the most popular destinations for the tourist who comes here. On that basis, a different kind of market developed here with craft, ornaments of fired clay, seeds etc. Even stall of musicians are also here. People can come listen to music; mostly Tagore song.
I noticed this musician, who was singing Tagore song here in the forest, displaying many items around him. I also noticed many visiting cards of establish and reputed person of the society. But the most interesting display was a note of one US dollar. He displayed it separately in front of him so that it can be visible first even before him.
All of them are quite busy to create an exotic ambiance for the people who visit here.
