Down To Business

Spotted this sign on the back of a bench near the village pond. Before becoming a blipper I would probably have missed it. Don't know the artist. Probably something to do with the local school. We have responsible dog owners here but there are a few who must think someone with a magic wand will come along and clear up after them. (Cue poem).

The Wizard's Dog

The wizard's dog
doesn't bury bones.
He hides stars.

He doesn't go walkies.
He flies.

He doesn't fetch sticks.
He brings back wands.

But he does chase
the witch's cat.

And when his master gets home
he goes crazy
with excitement and love.

So, in many ways,
he is a fairly ordinary
sort of dog.

The wizard's dog.
