Meet Paul

He has had no sewage for almost a month. He uses a portaloo, as do his neighbours. His house has numerous cracks through it, but he is lucky to still be allowed to live in it. His backyard has new ditches in it, there are deep holes in random places. His washing line has moved half a metre. But worst of all, his housing company has raised his rent.
