The Edge of the Wold

After the squall

The end of a busy week of meetings and deadlines while the rain poured down outside. I wasn't expecting to photograph anything worth blipping as I went home, but I stopped in Sandside to watch a squall coming towards us from the other side of the estuary.

The rain was torrential for two minutes, then as quickly as it came the squall blew through and the sun broke out of the clouds. There really is no end to the variety of light and textures in this place.

Back to Barrow tomorrow, though preparing for the exhibition this time, not shooting any more pictures.

Happy weekend, everyone.
