Blue

Today started off well enough. Bit of a long lie followed by breakfast and a wee run on the bike.

After that I settled into get a pile of work done while Roz headed off shopping in Livi.

Unfortunately in late afternoon a burst of exploding stomach set in. I'll spare you the gruesome details.
