I only went for catnip

We were in Kelso and nipped to teh shops in the main street. There's a shop there called Pet Sounds which sells pet stuff and musical equipment. We popped in to pick up some catnip for Bootsy and Mushroon and I ended up leaving with a new guitar.

Well I say new, it's a second hand one. It's a Hohner SE35, which is an inexpensive copy of a Gibson ES 335. The guy in the shop had a photo of a certain Mr Eric Clapton in the shop playing it. That kind of sealed the deal, how sad is that. The main thing was that it looked great and had a cracking sound to it. I didn't have a guitar with humbuckers either so it's quite a difference in sound from the Tele.
