had a visit to the Road Transport office today for driving license needs. one of the private agents was asking way too much money for the services so I decided to give it a shot myself first. When I first got the license about 13 years ago, I was totally bogged down by all the red tape-ism and work involved. It had taken me about 3-4 days to get everything done. Today's visit was a welcome surprise. Very organized process, friendly staff and efficient execution. The whole thing got over in less than 2 hours (including the wait time in the queue) and the fees I paid was much less than what the agent was asking. Why cant other Govt offices be this efficient?
