Buckley Hughes World

the last of the harvest

We've half-heartedly tried to grow fruit and vegetables in our garden, and most of the time we just about succeed through luck rather than regular watering.

This afternoon I spotted a couple of flashes of red in the soft-fruit cage and ambled over, and was amazed to see that they are raspberries, almost ripe and ready to be eaten. The rest of the raspberries were picked two months ago, so this was somewhat baffling.
