Fading Light

On the way back from Christchurch we ducked into the Hanmer turnoff so that I could have a crack at the "iconic" photo looking back down the river at the Hanmer bridge. The light sucked and none of my captures of the bridge itself were any good.

However I did like the framing of this shot. It is taken from the same spot (Hanmer lookout) but on a different angle so that the fading light has just caught on different aspects and picked up the varying shades of green.
