Crusty

Juno and I strolled around the hill in the wet. luckily we met another dog owner and we had company.

Work was great. Just got on with and achieved so much.

Popped out for a pie, pint and a play, not bad but had to concentrate to pick up all the threads.

Ran to football coaching and met someone I was at school with running so I had a blether as we ran along the canal towpath.

Not bad training session 1 v 1 defending.

Home shattered and having some food.
