Crossing the street

Whereas in the Netherlands I always thoughts that a zebra crossing meant that pedestrians could go first, I quickly realized upon arriving in Buenos Aires this is not the case here. As can be seen by the red traffic light, we are waiting untill the light turns green.. or when we know it's about to turn green... or whenever we see fits. That last option might be a little bit dangerous sometimes.
