Chinook in the Haar

Today was quite a slow day. Work is not too exciting at the moment but things will get hectic again next month.

There was a haar here all day. I could just see Craigleith but Bass Rock had completely disappeared.

During the afternoon, two very loud chinook helicopters flew past very close to the flat and very low . They soon disappeared into the haar but it was quite a sight - and sound!
