Stars as Well!

I decided not to be lazy tonight & get out the tripod! The moon was as clear as a bell & so I decided to play with shutter speed & whatnot! Looking at it via the camera screen did not prepare me for the shock of seeing it via the laptop full size... Stars as well? It's a first for me! Best viewed large


Today I went for a walk by the river & saw 7 kingfishers - too quick for pictures but here is a picture of the part of the river where I saw one

And back home, the long tailed tits came into the garden & I managed this photo, a bit blurry, but I liked the darting blue tit in the background

So as you can see it was a very hard blip choice tonight!
