Slimmer's pud

Lunch consisted of an excellent plate of mussels, and then some mushroom risotto. Enough for anyone!

However, I was persuaded to choose a desert - and asked for a little vanilla ice cream. When the waitress arrived she said "Gosh,he has been a little dramatic with this!"

True! A smaller plate might have delivered a different message!
