Radio Update

Busy busy Friday...

Pilate's at 9.00am, which was a tough session; particularly as I was suffering from my session in the gym yesterday with Tommy. From Pilate's it was a quick change then down to the local radio station - Andover Sound, to update on my Arctic training and promote an upcoming Black Tie Auction fundraising event. Ben McGrail looked after me very well and let me take an action shot for today's Blip. This was only me second radio interview and I came out thinking, I should have said this, and I fluffed my words a bit there .... but heyho on the whole I actually quite enjoyed it. LOL
