Hostas and Light

Down in the depths of the garden, a small dark corner was full of vibrance.
The light danced with the leaves belonging to the hostas as they swayed in
the gentle breeze. They shone and enjoyed their moment of glory down in the depths of the garden but then the sun passed on and now they wait for their next day of glory.

Quiet day in our house. Daughter A has gone to work, Daughter E drove to the beach, hubby had time in the shed and I pottered. Its been peaceful and warm, birds have been chirping and the laughter of children playing has drifted over the fence. Its a holiday here in NZ and the weather has been good to us but all returns to normal tomorrow.

There have been no aftershocks, she says with a huge smile :))

Have a great week :)
