Lunch in `Last of the summer wine' country

A glorious drive over Pennine Hills above Holmfirth today and a fantastic lunch at the Butcher's Arms in Hepworth. We'd heard that the food was very good as it was the sister pub to the Kaye Arms which we occasionally visit on the outskirts of Huddersfield. Both food and company were excellent.

The colours in the landscape were also stunning. I didn't find a place to stop and take more photographs on the narrow and steep drive down into the village (and we were already running a little late). I wonder if the extra frost that we've had this year has helped to bring out the colour.
