NOT for Halloween!

This guy is not dressed up early for Halloween. I caught this shot of him at a cigar smoker that I was covering. He apparently just likes to "dress up." I asked him if this was his Halloween costume and he laughed and said he wasn't dressing up for Halloween. I thought he'd make a great blip.

The rubber chicken hanging from his waist, the multi-colored fringe, the sort of psychedelic jacket, the hat... couldn't resist.
