Autumn Glory - Queen's Park

A quick visit to the park at lunchtime, to catch some of the Autumn colours. There are a few leaves falling here in this shot. I thought about removing them in the processing, but decided not to, to reflect what was actually happening.

Spent the afternoon trying to catch up with the "Colour" section on the OU course, and take more shots for that.

#1 reappeared, briefly, then dashed out again, after a weekend away with University friends. He had taken the electronic drum kit. It is currently in boxes in the hallway awaiting his return. His rucksack smells of woodsmoke .... more laundry .... what joy.

Thank you for all the encouraging comments on my "Cactus" blip yesterday. I may have another go during the coming week.
