Rough seas

The sea was incredibily rough today in San Sebastian. Waves were breaking along the coastal road up to ten metres high so that the police had cordoned off many areas. I though it was just the tourists taking photos of these waves but the police (seen on the right walking away from the wave) was doing the same. The strange thing was that it was not windy at all. I always thought you need a lot of wind to create waves this high.
