No cuts

Todays student demonstration really reminded me of my times as a student and how lucky I had been to have had the chance to go to university. I was the first one in the family to go. It was only possible with a student loan (which I paid back over the years) as my family doesn't have much money. Would there have been fees of GBP 9000 per year on top of all the debt I accrued anyway whilst studying I certainly would not have been able to go to University.
